1. What SkilledMuslim is

SkilledMuslim.com gives guidance on skills, education, work and money, and connects learners with employers, mentors and sponsors. We are not a school, a training institute, a recruitment agency or a financial adviser. We do not issue qualifications; only the bodies named on each pathway page do.

2. No charges to learners

We never charge learners or job seekers for guidance, listings, introductions or referrals. Anyone who asks you for money in our name is not acting for us — please report it. Courses, exams and institutes we point to may have their own fees, which are paid to them, not to us.

3. Guidance, not guarantees

  • The career quiz and pathway pages are general guidance. They are not a promise of admission, a job, a salary or a visa.
  • Pay figures, fees and rules are checked on the dates shown, but they change. Always confirm with the official body before applying or paying.
  • The Money & Savings page is general information, not financial or religious rulings. Consult a qualified adviser and a scholar you trust for your own situation.

4. Employers

Employers must post only genuine openings, give written terms, pay on time, provide safe working conditions, and never take money from candidates. We may remove any employer or listing that breaks these rules. Hiring decisions and employment contracts are between the employer and the worker.

5. Mentors

Mentors volunteer their time and must follow the mentor code of conduct: no payment or gifts from learners, safe meetings, honest advice and respect for privacy. We may end any mentor’s involvement at any time.

6. Sponsors

Sponsors pay training institutes or suppliers directly. SkilledMuslim does not collect, hold or handle sponsorship money. We share progress updates in good faith, but cannot guarantee that a sponsored learner will finish a course or find work.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the site or our name to deceive, defraud or harass anyone, post false information, or collect other people’s details. We may block anyone who does.

8. Links to other websites

We link to government portals, institutes and other sites to help you. We are not responsible for their content, fees or practices.

9. Limitation of responsibility

We work carefully, but the site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from decisions made using information on this site, or from dealings between learners, employers, mentors, sponsors and institutes.

10. Content

You may share our pages freely for non-commercial, educational purposes, with a link back to SkilledMuslim.com.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the courts of [CITY].
