What we ask of employers
- Real openings only. No advance fees, no “training charges”, no visa money taken from candidates — ever.
- Written terms. A contract or offer letter with pay, hours and duties.
- Fair and safe work. Pay on time, safety equipment where the job needs it, and statutory benefits such as EPF and ESI where they apply.
- Honest feedback. Tell us how the candidate performed, good or bad.
Any employer that breaks these terms is removed from the site.
